These terms govern your use of hirebella.ai and any interaction with Bella, our AI healthcare worker. "Abbella," "we," "us," and "our" mean Abbella Group HealthTech LLC.
By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Bella is an artificial intelligence. You are not talking to a human when you talk to Bella. Bella can make mistakes. Don't rely on anything Bella says without checking it.
Bella is not a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Nothing Bella says is medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911.
Maryland requires both parties to consent to call recording. By asking Bella to call you, or by continuing a call with Bella after she tells you calls may be recorded, you consent to the recording and transcription of your call with Bella for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.
If you do not consent, end the call.

The hirebella.ai site, the Bella name, Bella's voice, and all related trademarks belong to Abbella. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
When you share information with us, you let us use it to run and improve our service. We handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
We provide the service "as is." We don't guarantee it will always work, always be available, or always be accurate.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abbella is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
If your misuse of the service or violation of these terms causes someone to sue us, you agree to cover our costs and defend us.
These terms are governed by Maryland law. Any dispute will be resolved in a state or federal court in Maryland.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
If you become a paying client and deploy Bella to handle Protected Health Information, a separate Master Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement will govern that work. These terms only cover your general use of hirebella.ai and demo interactions.
