When you interact with our website or with Bella, we collect:

• Text descriptions of what you want Bella to do.
• Recordings and transcripts of calls with Bella.
• What you say during those calls, including your role, organization, and the problems you're trying to solve.
• Standard website analytics: IP address, browser, pages visited.

Please do not share real patient information on our website or in demo calls. Demo scenarios should use fictional or hypothetical patients.

How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Place the demo call you requested.
• Follow up with you about our service.
• Improve Bella.
• Respond to your questions.
• Keep our site running.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate Bella — our cloud, voice, AI, and email providers. Each is bound by a written agreement requiring them to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we direct.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How Long We Keep It

• Demo call recordings: up to 90 days.
• Contact information: as long as you're a prospect or client, plus a reasonable period afterward.
• Analytics: up to 26 months, usually in aggregated form.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email ams@abbella.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying to any message we send or by emailing us.

Cookies

We use cookies to run our site and measure how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our site isn't for people under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
